When you use those sites, you will be legally bound by the specific terms of use posted on such sites. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the other terms and conditions, the other terms & conditions will govern with respect to use of such pages. Principal may change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on the website under "Terms & Conditions". Your use of the Website after any changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms & Conditions and all of the changes. Principal hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Web Site for the fees, if applicable, and under the terms set forth below.

Any unauthorised uses of the Marks or any other Content are strictly prohibited. You may not use the Web Site for any unlawful purpose. You shall honour all reasonable requests by the website to protect Principal’s proprietary interests in the website. EXAM SAATHI (A Unit of Unique TutorArc Pvt. Ltd.) provides opportunity for partnership programme under which Principal gives part time/full time home based work to the registered partner through "www.allexams.in"; Now, therefore, in consideration of the promises hereinafter made by the parties hereto, it is agreed as follows.

PARTNERSHIP FEE

 
With respect to the fee to be paid by the user to Principal for joining as a partner, it is agreed that the same shall be agreed between the User and Principal on the basis of the partnership type selected by the User. User is required to pay the entire partnership fee to Principal at the time of registration. However, the use of Principal website (ww.allexams.in) by its user is free of charge. It is agreed that Principal or any of its associates/affiliates does not guarantee, warranty or promise any form of return or income. Any income accrued to the User will purely depend on the User's performance.

TERM & TERMINATION

 
The initial term of the provision of services shall be 12 months from the date of registration of the User on www.allexams.in. At the expiry of 12 months, the provision of Services shall be renewed for a further period of 12 months subject to earlier termination by either party. Principal may terminate this Agreement at any time without any prior notice or by serving a notice of such termination at the email address of the User as registered with Principal if in its sole judgment; the User has committed breach of any term or condition of this Agreement. Any activity by the User violating any terms and conditions, defaming Principal and www.allexams.in to promote products of Principal and services or promoting Principal as an investment Principal shall result in termination from the system and all payouts attributable to the User on such date of termination shall be withheld.

MODIFICATION OF SERVICES

 
Principal and its promoters reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) by issuing proper notifications on its website i.e.www.allexams.in or in user panel. User agrees that Principal shall not be liable to any site-user or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

REFUND

 
We provide refund of the partnership fee. Refund is applicable after the 3rd month from the date joining Principal as a partner. After 3 months a partner can get the refund after requesting for refund at refund@allexams.in with a valid reason. The amount refunded will be between 20% to 50% as decided by the company policy. EXAM SAATHI will refund the partnership fee to its partner when any partner completes its 1 year as an active partner. For full refund of partnership fee paid by a partner the partner must have earned a minimum Rs. 5,000/- as referral income, in case partner received less than Rs. 5,000/- as referral, the partner will get 50% partnership fee paid as refund. To get refund the partner has to request for refund at refund@allexams.in after the completion one year and with in 30 days from the date of expiry. After 30 days of the expiry no refund request will be considered. 10% will be deducted as processing fee on all refunds.

INCOME PAYOUT

 
A. Referral Income : For a payout of referral income into a partner bank account the balance referral amount must be Rs. 1000 or more. When the balance referral amount reaches Rs. 1000 or more, Principal will make a payout of this amount within next 15 days.
B. Revenue Share and App Student Registration: For a payout of revenue share and android application registration benefits into a partner bank account the amount must be Rs. 100 or more. When the balance reaches Rs. 100 or more, Principal will make a payout of this amount within next 15 days.
C. Ad Posting Income : For a payout of ad posting income into a partner bank account the ad posting income amount must be Rs. 500 or more. Ad Posting salary cycle is from 25th day of month to 24th day of next month. Ad posting income payout to partner bank account will bw done between 10th to 15th day of every month.
D. KYC Updation : Adhaar Card and Pan card must be verified for KYC Updation. If KYC is updated and verified by Principal, the TDS and processing fee on payouts will be 10% each. If Partner does not update KYC, TDS and Processing fee will be 20% and 15% respectively.
***In Each and every payout TDS and Processing fee is applicable.

LAWS AND JUDICIARY

 
This agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter. In case of any dispute, the Arbitration Law will follow and as an Arbitrary a Gazetted officer from Delhi will lead and solve the disputes. If Gazetted officer cannot provide any solution so matter will be solved under Delhi Judicial Courts.

LTD.) and/or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and International copyright laws. The arrangement and compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Principal and protected by Indian and International copyright laws. Permission is given to use the resources of this site only for the sole purpose of placing an order with Principal Any other usage, including the reproduction; modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. No part of this content can be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed or performed without the express permission of Principal for any other purpose.
